Mobile banking is now available at MATCU and it is quick and easy to use! From your mobile phone browser just go to www.matcumobile.mobi and login with your usual Internet Banking username and password. You will then receive instant connectivity to your accounts.

Our mobile banking service will provide you with the following capabilities:

  • Immediate internal transfers

Q: What is the MATCU Mobile service?

A: MATCU Mobile mobile service will give you instant connectivity to your accounts anytime, anywhere using the browser on your mobile device. Our mobile service allows you to access account details, history and check account balances. In addition, MATCU Mobile will allow you to make immediate internal transfers.



Q: Will the MATCU Mobile service work on all mobile devices?

A: MATCU Mobile is a browser-based application that is available from any
mobile device enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Internet access. The streamlined Internet banking pages and functions are designed for mobile browser access.



Q: How do I access MATCU Mobile?

A: You simply type www.matcumobile.mobi in your mobile device’s Web browser to access our site.



Q: Do I need to enroll for MATCU Mobile service?

A: MATCU Mobile requires no enrollment or applications to download. Once you access www.matcumobile.mobi through your mobile browser, you will be prompted to log in. Use the login and password you use to access your online account.



Q: What accounts can I access with MATCU Mobile service?

A: MATCU Mobile allows you to access any of your accounts available for access within Internet Banking.



Q: How do I view my account information?

A: Once you access the site at www.matcumobile.mobi, you’ll see a listing of all of your online accounts and their available balance, from which you can choose to view account information. Simply click on the account you would like to access to view more information.



Q: Can transfers be made using MATCU Mobile service?

A: Immediate internal transfers can be made using the mobile service. The transfers page will list all approved online transfer accounts.



Q: Is MATCU Mobile service secure?

A: All standard Internet Banking security features are applied at login, including dual authentication.



Q: How much does MATCU Mobile cost?

A: MATCU does not charge for mobile service. However, depending on the rate plan with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when accessing the Internet. Please verify before accessing any Internet sites.
