My eZone & Internet Banking
With Internet and Email fraud on the rise, MATCU is making every effort to
protect our members sensitive and personal information. In 2006, we
introduced Dual Factor Authentication to our
Internet Banking application, adding an additional layer of security and
protection.
My eZone has now been incorporated with Internet Banking to ensure the highest
level of
security for all online account access and transactions. We hope this change will not cause
any inconvenience and hope you know that we put member security first!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a free Internet Banking Account?
Click
here to go directly to Internet Banking. Click the Enroll link to sign
up. Read and agree to the disclosures. Enter your information into the
form. Once your information is verified, you will receive email
notification that your account is active and you can log in at any time!

Where is My eZone & eStatements?
My eZone is now integrated within
Internet
Banking for increased security. To access My eZone, sign in to
Internet
Banking, click the My eZone tab. You will need your account number and
SafetyPIN to access My eZone.

Why do I have to log in twice to get to My eZone?
Internet Banking users can set up any username and password they like. My eZone
requires a slightly different type of authentication. In My eZone, members
have access to signing up for or accessing eStatements, updating credit union
personal information and other items directly related to their personal account.
Some members have joint access to multiple accounts (ex. a wife can have access
to her account, her husbands account and her childs account). Using the
account number and safetyPIN associated with each account, that member can
access all accounts they are join on. Without offering an additional login
option, members would only have access to a single account.

Do you offer an account aggregation or account monitoring service?
Yes, we do! You can access MATCU's Finance Center located within
Internet
Banking. You can monitor account balances, credit cards, investments,
loans, mortgages, rewards and more!

Can I transfer funds to and from other financial institutions?
Yes you can! Sign up for a free
Internet
Banking account and look for the Transfers tab. Click the Add External
Transfer Account link to set up the account. Print off the completed
form and mail it with a voided check, or bring it in to any MATCU
branch location. You will receive a
notification in your Internet Banking account when you transfer is set up.

When I log in to My eZone, it doesn't do anything?
Some browsers have built in pop-up blockers. My eZone needs to load in a
new window. If your browser is set to block pop-up windows in Internet Explorer,
please click on the bar at the top of your browser to see additional options,
then select “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site” from the list of
options. Try logging in again.
If you are using another browser, please allow pop-up windows for this part of
the site.
