My eZone

My eZone makes it fast and simple to take care of credit union business you traditionally could perform only at a credit union branch. By simply entering your account number and your SafetyPIN, you’ll be able to:

  • Sign up for MATCU's eStatement service.

  • Pick up your monthly eStatement and tax documents.

  • View electronic images of paper checks that have cleared your account.

  • Update your personal credit union information.

  • Quickly report a lost or stolen Smarty card anytime day or night.

  • Change your SafetyPIN personal identification number.

  • Much more!

For enhanced security to protect our members, My eZone has now merged with Internet Banking.  You will need a free Internet Banking account to sign in to My eZone.  This adds an extra layer of security to protect your personal information! Just look for the My eZone tab or select My eZone from the drop down list on the log in page.

You will need your account number and SafetyPIN to access My eZone. If your have lost or forgotten your SafetyPIN or you do not have one, please click here to request a new PIN.
